Wow, you came awfully fast. In fact, I feel like I just crawled into bed with Monday. Some where between you and him, I was sandwiched between two little bodies. Ironically, I used to laugh at the idea of 'The Family Bed' and here mine has turned into one many hours in a week.
OK, it's now March so let's crank up the temperatures and blast away some of this snow. I have been hanging out a ton at the dog park (Hi Mara!) and frankly, I would like it even more if there were just a shade of grass. I have been thinking Dog Park... great way for little sis someone to meet good eligible men.
Not sure if you've noticed lately but I am a shade weary on the toddler parenting front. That little man with his garagefuls of cars is getting the best of me. I am firm with him and consistent on Magic 1-2-3 and yet he just won't break. Perhaps a new season, a new attitude?
And with positive thoughts, I shift to thinking of all of the new babies in my life lately (Eloise, Cody). Yesterday my dear friend Katie had a new baby boy. I am soooo excited for her (first babe) and cannot wait for a good snuggle.
OK, I need coffee and a treadmill. My trainer (Miss Wendy) is telling me more cardio and less weights - that's contributing to the fact that I cannot fit into any of my pants. Go figure.
See you next week,
B
Exciting news for Katie! Please send her my congrats! Hard to believe she, Jen and I were pregnant not long ago at your Pampered Chef and Christmas party and now we're all mommas.
There needs to be a single parents mixer company in the city - perhaps Crys could start such a thing?

Funny, because meeting them as babes I would have thought your older one was going to be the one that would have pushed you more. See you next week??? This has become a ritual for me. Once I get my men (they really are still boys) out the door in the morning, I get my ginger ale or juice & smoke (because after 37 years I have given up my pepsi caffeine habit but still working on the nicotene) and sit and read your blog. It starts my day, and is better than any newspaper that I have ever read. You touch so many lives, and on such a positive scale. Happy Tuesday! PS. I will send you a man meeting idea via email on how I met my hubby. Dog parks I still find more women than men.

Jude - I love your honesty. I find that to be one of my favorite qualities in people as I age. Smoking and juice makes me laugh.
